Hi Paksant, right now cannot help you but I admire your attitude in putting yourself out there.
Positive thinking and being up front always works, may take time tho.
I have got your number. Good luck

Well, I'm working on fixed rate for salary, there is no commission which was myself and the Boss agreement, at the first place. I did sell apart of his businesses, but the outcome was no commission as we were agreed. For me I never tried to take advatage of someone, but I don't like when someone treat me this way.
Honestly, I didn't try to talk behind him, but I just wanted to tell anyone else on my reason that why I'm looking for a job out here.
Best Regards,
Paksant

Next time you get a job offer you need to tell them exactly what you are expecting and have a contract to protect yourself from people that are not caring, thoughtful and appreciative. I am sure you are very talented, I am a victim also of this culture society nowadays here in a tourist area like Hua Hin. I love it here but it seems that you have to stand your ground and be very specific and have a contract drawn up between you and the boss/company. If they think they can get away with it do what I did. I went to the labor department near McDonald's and made sure I got paid for what I did. I am an american citizen but have recently transferred my citizenship to a Thai now. I have a gold card from the government and do not have to pay for insurance just as a back up plan in case the employers try to make excuses. You need to work for a foreigner that lives in Hua Hin. You can never be taken advantage of them because they have their morals.
Good luck my friend
