Long term rental required - Apartment/condo or room

Hi Guys,

I am after a apartment/room to rent from asap for a minimium of 2 months, probably a lot longer if happy with it.

Budget between 5000-17000 per month depending on quality and location.
Must have western toilet, must have internet access, hot shower.
Must not have to cross the railway line to get to it, dont trust tuk tuk drivers risk assesment skills.

Would prefer in town within 15 minutes walking distance of the bintabaht but will take one out of town if its close to farang food places such as best beans cafe.

SportsVilla is currently a no goer because of lack of internet, condochain would be good if anyone has a number/person I can contact direct as no one responds to emails in this country.
