I'm sure this has been discussed more than once - have you tried the search facility?

There is a guy who uses the Sports lounge bar up soi 80 who takes care of dogs and from what I've heard he is selective, won't take on too many and takes proper care of them. I'll be there later this afternoon. Do you want me to get you some details?

My mate left his Dalmation there whilst he was working offshore....he was very impressed with their service and care. It's a bit out of the way but they do a pick up and drop off service.

I'm off to watch the LPGA Honda Golf Comp next month in Pattaya and will be leaving my mutt there....prices are about 250 baht per day.
