Company Setup. How and who?

I would like to start a company, running from home, with me providing the consultancy. I understand I need 4 Thai employees and pay their tax and insurance.

I need to clarify what I can and can't do. Can someone who has some experience point me in the right direction? Do I use someone in Hua Hin for company setup? What's the typical cost?

Just to clarify. I know some people do this sort of thing and keep it quiet but I need to create a web site and advertise.
