Can anyone direct me to a wineshop, which can deliver a wine gift to a friend in Cha Am/Hua Hin - a bit like interflora?. I am at the moment not in Thailand.

Try gogoflorist.com. They're more into flowers but maybe wine can be arranged, as they have wine in some gift baskets.

You can probably pay over the phone with a credit card. I had them deliver to me several times while in Hua Hin and never had a problem. Also a very good selection of wines, beers and liquors. Been in business 20+ years believe.
