I'm looking for one that can deep clean tiles and walls like in the bathroom and kitchen etc.
Would yours be suitable for such jobs?

I'm thinking no more than a week. To be honest, I really don't know how much is the going rate for these sort of things. I definitely don't have much money hence looking to hire rather than buy.

It's definitely a steam cleaner I'm after. We do have a jet washer already.
A jet washer wouldn't do the job we need sadly.
