100% Henna Tattoo.

Hi, in order to deter my 17 yr old having a permanent tattoo done in the UK,I am wondering about a Henna one for her next time we come.I know these have to be 100% henna and I will insist on a 24 hr patch test first.Read horror stories of some places using black ink(not henna) and mixing with all sorts of wrong ingrediants ,resulting in some bad burns on skin.Can anyone ask their wives or girlfriends if they can recommend a reliable place to have this done please?Thanks.
