International car rental companies in HH?

From the site I was able to check out Car Rental HH, but was wondering if any of the international firms have kiosks at hotels or offices in town?

Was thinking of renting a car in HH and dropping in HKT, KBV, or BKK.

Budget rent a car have an office on the side road of the grand market. Not the hospital side but the other side.

We've always had good service and reasonable rates from Avis, they have an office right on Petchkasem Road, Soi 29.

Thai Rent a Car is not international, but they also have offices all over Thailand.
I have good experience with them but also with Avis and Budget.
By using their websites, you can pick your best deal.
