Custom wood worker- furniture

Post by stevieboy »

Can anyone recommend a company in HH who designs and builds good, quality custom furniture ? I am looking to have a new desk and filing system made to my specifications.
Thanks in advance folks.

A BIG YES for Siam Old Teak. They take time, but the result is fabulous. Just had two bedrooms with wardrobes, beds and night stands completed. Excellent Work.

I'd always assumed their prices were very high, but from some of the other posts this doesn't sound to be the case, certainly not when you compare the quality, i.e. real seasoned teak rather than cheap wood or faced Formica/MDF.

For joinery you might want to check these gentlemen. I've dealt with them on several occasions during many years and have been quite satisfied:

You can contact Gonde at 084-949-0353. He is a German who lives in HH and is skilled in furniture designing and carpentry. I guarantee his prices are better!

If you're publishing his name and phone number, I hope he has a work permit.
