Can you tell me why so many (I know already owners like to sale their townhouses in Soi 88, Ave. 88? Is something wrong with the place or with the houses?
I was interested to buy maybe one of them but now I am thinking aout it...!

This posting is a little strange!
Speaking to an estate agent friend of mine he tells me that in fact already own on site(!).
Seems to me that you are trying to drag up old rumours on site that it has moved on from.
Me thinks that maybe you are trying bring down the prices so you can buy.
Not sure your fellow residents will like this.
I have lived and own several properties within the avenue 88 developments . We love it and have constant rentals on our properties including the town houses , I know of no problems on the ave 88 1 site , as far as we are concerned it is run to a very high standard but then you always get 1 or 2 trouble makers who try to run things down for their own gain , ave 88 exec is a prime example ... I suggest if you're unhappy , sell , we're interested in buying another home there, could be a win /win , and after your degrading comments , we'd be expecting your home to go quite cheaply . :-)
