I presume you live in Hua Hin? Where did you buy the machine - did you bring it with you or buy it here (I've not seen them nowhere), if here then take it back to where you bought it.

Try Big Kiang next to Power Buy on the corner of Soi 88. If they can't fix it they probably know who can and at least one of the assistants speaks English.

I would try Hua Hin Coffee on the Pala u road, they sell and maintain loads of big machines, judging by the shop, not sure about that brand, but they are specialist for coffee machines. So at least will hopefully not F#$% it up!

They also sell IMO the best coffee beans in Hua Hin, which is what makes me a regular customer there. :D

thanx all for the info. Unbelievable how quick I got answers to my question. Unfortunately no joy with my repair at the mentioned shops so it looks like I will have to stoop to buying instant coffee :( Can buy two or three Nespresso type machines at home for the price of one here - probably because the Thai's are not so into coffee...............

Pagey.

The place is called Coffee Coffee Hua Hin I think. Looking at the pack here I think the brand is Anjana.

It is located going out of town about 100m past Le Vallee housing project (if you know the area) on the same side. They have a big orange sign with coffee written on it.

I've never been there but talking to a friend last week he told me about this shop and said it was the best coffee he had tasted in HH. Apparently the guy who owns it roasts the beans himself and supplies most of the coffee shops in HH and will go into great detail about the difference between Arabica and Robusta beans, different roast levels and degree of grind of the bean etc, all of which will affect the taste. Certainly sounds like worth giving a try as an alternative to the Bon Cafe brand I have been using, although to my taste buds, that isn't too bad, especially for the price.

Just been into Coffee Coffee for my usual espresso fix and noticed that they now have for sale "Nespresso" type coffee machines costing 7,490 baht and the pods at 180B for 10. Apparently the patent for this type of machine has now expired and there are loads of new makers producing their own brand. I was in China recently and there was a Nespresso machine in my room, was by far the best Espresso i've tasted.
