The rates can change 2-3 times a day, so it's best to take a walk around town and check whose offering the best rate - it doesn't normally vary by more than about 0.2 baht to the GBP between banks, so it won't make a big difference to the total exchanged e.g. if you change £200, the difference would be no more than 40 baht.Baz2512 wrote:Anybody able to suggest which bank is best or where to avoid when exchanging cash or taking cash out on debit card (UK bank)

It's a moveable feast. Check the latest rates on this link http://bankexchangerates.daytodaydata.net/default.aspx , and then go to the bank offering the best exchange at that moment in time.

Bank fx kiosks are everywhere, walk around. But dont waste hours trying to save the equivalent of 80p on 200 quid.
