90 day reporting - what documents ?

Easy question for those of you that do 90 day reporting, I've done a search but cannot find out what documents I need.

I have downloaded the TM47 form from the useful 'sticky' and will take my passport with my non imm O (retirement) visa inside. Do I need anything else ?

Also do I just take a number from the machine and wait my turn or is there a desk/area just for 90 day reporting ?

You got it in one, fill in TM 47 and take it with you, plus passport, that is all you need. I believe there is no need to take a number for 90 day reporting you just go to the desk on the right as you enter and it is done straight away, I have never had to wait long. Staff are very helpful.

My last visit was:

Arrive
Directed to desk on the left
Girl checks form and PP
Sent inside and stamped immediately

Many smiles too

All in all 5 minutes at most

Desk on the left? last time I was there it was only waiting seats on the left, or was that after one to many cold ones.

Doesn't really matter which desk as long as it works. IMO they are always helpful at immigration and it never is a hassle going there.

Just don't go in the room outside, with the door on the right. It says 90 days, but if you read it a bit closer it is for Burmese and such like workers. As I was curtly told by Madam inside!

I went last week and the woman who normally sits at the far desk inside the office was at a desk outside. She took my passport, wasn't interested in the TM47 because I am on the computer records and she brought my passport back stamped within 5 minutes.

A bit of a worry though, I mentioned to her that I need to renew my OA visa in June, to which she replied, here is my card, give me a call and I will do it for you, no need to come to the office. Seems like she is looking for her tea money!!

Thanks everyone, just back from imm and pretty much as you all said.

I gave TM47 and passport to girl outside who checked it and said go to desk 4. Desk 4 is sort of on your right hand corner as you go through the door. It has an A4 sheet stuck on the side saying 90 day express report or something similar.

In and out in 2 mins.
