Hi All....heading back to Hua Hin on biz mid Jan.
Just wondering ig U Turn is still owned by Canadian Guy and his wife. Think his name is Craig...from Red Deer. I am orig from a city close to there. Never met the guy but spent some time there in my last 3 trips.

Nearest thing to a go go bar
The nearest thing to a Go Go bar?
You need glasses, now if you said the nearest thing to a Home Pro wharehouse that would be different.
A Go Go bar with no neon never going to happen "search out the neon"
you may be surprised

U-Turn Bar
This looks like a good place to put in a plug for a fantastic bar in Hua Hin called the U-Turn Bar on Bintabat.
I got into Hua Hin on Dec 30th, expecting to only spend a couple nights celebrating New Years, before heading to Samui.Because of the U-Turnand the people running it, I happily stayed almost 3 weeks.`I hit the U-Turn on the 30th, and I've never felt so much hospitality by the owners (Craig and Peanut) in my life. Craig is truly an expert at making people feel completely at home, and makes the extra effort to introduce you other patrons. I ended up making some great friends. Being a Canadian, it was nice to see out flag and numerous Team Canada pictures on the wall. Peanut and the staff have definately followed Craig's lead, and make you feel very welcome, and definately never pressure you into buying drinks. The bar itself is large, probably 3 times the size of most bars in HH. 2 large pool tables fill the one corner, the music is excellent, and the beer is cold. Ask one of the girls to read your fortune...very interesting!!
Craig, if your reading this, keep up the good work, and I cant wait to get back there next winter.

I must say that U-TURn is a nice bar, where a mix of Good and bad patrons hang out.
Some nice girls, some very nice. only little pressure on LD's. BF'd one of the gals there this week and she stayed with me for the rest of the week and that is something I never do. even when her english was same same my Thai we had no problems finding what we needed.
when we went to bangkok, we bumbed into Graig in of the expat bars near SUK4
topsalopsalai for him
now just hope the Barladie des not rat on him...
