About a year ago we bought a clapped out Honda Dream for 10k and attached a sidecar to it for 6.5k baht. The bike wasn't up the task so we sold it for what we paid for it. After looking around for a decent 2nd hand replacement with a bigger engine and being horrified by the prices, we bought a brand new Wave 110cc in December for 43k all in.
Then circs changed and we moved. The bike+sidecar became virtually redundant and I was kicking myself for wasting so much money. But today we sold the combination for 43k, so I'm a happy bunny.
I'm posting this as a guideline for anyone looking for a 2nd hand bike and worried that they might be getting ripped off. The prices really are ridiculously high.
