I didn't really find what I was looking for, but you could also check out Palapon Fitness in the Sponsors List to your right, under Activities and Tours. They concentrate more on Wing Chun but also advertise Tai Chi, to which it is fairly closely related. Palapon are in Kao takiab, and about the closest organised option you will find.

My answer from WT Thailand was "Sorry, we have no tai chi classes at the moment".
