Looking for a secure storage unit in hua hin area . Must be secure ,weather and rodent proof . Any tips or ideas would be welcome.

I think a storage service is a good business opportunity. Certainly better then a bar or Massage. I would use one.

The problem here with steel storage containers or the type of storage buildings they have in the U.S. is that everything inside would either melt or be eaten by vermin.
Depending on what and how much you have to store as well as your budget, if you go just out of town, you can rent a 2 or 3 story shophouse for 5 to 6k per month. That would be only worth the cost if what you are storing is pretty valuable and for a short term like 3 months.
