Hi there,

I have two lakeview memberships available.
1. lakeview with 9 years remaining (as all LV memberships run out at the same time). service fee is paid for 2014 so you only pay caddie fee. price is 110,000bt plus transfer fee of 13,000
2. lakeview with no service fee paid. you will have to pay 600bt plus caddie each time you play. 100,000bt plus 13,000bt transfer fee

I have two Palm Hills memberships
1. 5 year Palm Hills. 35,000bt plus 50,000bt transfer fee
2. 22 year Palm Hills. 135,000bt plus 50,000bt transfer fee

I have 3 Springfield memberships
1. 9 year springfield. 60,000bt plus 107,000bt transfer fee
2. lifetime membership. 150,000bt plus 107,000bt transfer fee
3. 22 year membership. 140,000bt plus 107,000bt transfer fee

Please advise if any memberships are of interest

The Springfield lifetime at 150 000 baht is a great deal, just a shame about the transfer cost! At least you know you will always be able to sell it on for what you paid for it, or even more.
If you move to Hua Hin and want to play golf, then you do need to buy a membership somewhere. Green fees are too high to pay walk in rates, other than Aug/Sept. Your other option is to drive to Ratchaburi for your golf, but that takes 2 hours!

Springfield lifetime used to be far more expensive but as transfer fee seems to go up you never know the end of that price as they now only get the annual fee in compared to early days when they sold out life time membership. Palm Hills, seems to be some problems with the new owner about yearly cost and something about the road that takes you the last bit to the course, that is something you'll have to check.
