If I was still in Hua Hin I would be right up for concert live music by the beach and I also kind enjoy thai music of different flavours.
The sad reflection with free gigs like this is you will always get a small element that get very drunk and cause trouble and spoil it for the majority but if you were to stay away their selfishness will win the day.
