Hello, I'm aware of gyms in soi 88, 94, 102 and Sport villa... all in the south area.
Do you know any good gym in the north-central area (around soi 58)?
Hotels with well equipped gym would be ok too.
Thank you!
Gym in the north area?
Re: Gym in the north area?
theres a gym at palm hills, not huge but has some free weights, cardio machines and some other equipment. 1000 per month
Re: Gym in the north area?
I thought there was a gym at the place with the golf range near Hua Hin hospital.
There is one next to Lotuswell resort which was mentioned on the forum a while back which you would need transport to get to but is cyclable (Black Mountain road is less painful than Pala U road hill for novice cyclists).
Am sure another was mentioned somewhere in earlier posts as well.

The Sheraton Hotel (Opposite Fly Now) has a small well equiped gym with trainers on call. Open to non residents.
