Doesn't necessarily apply to Hua Hin, of course. We are at the northern tip of the the province, which extends a long way south towards Chumphon.

No. obviously not. When I said, "A TIT moment," i was referring the very localised weather situation here. richard lives about half a mile from me (as the crow flies), and he's often been baling out while we have stayed bone dry.
