How to move something from HH to to Phuket/Krabi?

hello I have a very long but not heavy box (520x60x30cm 26kg) to move from HH to Krabi.
I asked to the Post Office, train,Bus, UPS, but 5mt long is way too much, even for the train!
Do you have any idea? (not too expensive)
