Thailand warns women who post 'underboob' photos
Re: Thailand warns women who post 'underboob' photos
Desperate attention-seeking women who are sad victims of an out-of-control Internet. Social media and it's trapping are so corrosive with this "look at me" fashion norm, along with the casual shock/offend culture being the only way to get attention now.

What determines underboob (or any kind of boob)?
If a man gets boob implants is that any different from a fat man with his top off?
I ask only because of the 'unusual' look of the young lady in this Bangkok Post article about the motorshow.
http://www.bangkokpost.com/news/general ... e-ministry
Warning! under, over and sideboob on display, however it may just be a man with his shirt off.
The one way at the back underneath the BRG sign certainly appears to be smuggling a budgie.
I didn't include the picture here for fear of being "found guilty of violating the Computer Crime Act. "

I agree with you DM. Scary stuff indeed.
Don't try to impress me with your manner of dress cos a monkey himself is a monkey no less - cold fact

Did you have a bad day?

Really, what is so offensive about a female breasts? I for one find them far less offensive than big male breasts which I am forced to see in public virtually every single day. Women wear skimpy swimwear at a motor show and the Culture Gestapo are onto them, but I bet nothing would be said if the show featured men wearing only underpants or Speedos.
I agree with you about social media and so on, but I also believe in freedom. If a woman wants to share pictures of her boobs on social media, then that's her business. I mean seriously, how could it possibly have any impact on my life.
I also find your "out of control internet" statement rather interesting because people are forever complaining about too much censorship and etc. The problem with "control" is, where do you draw the line?
Now, I don't mean to offend you, but I certainly don't need or want Big Brother to watch my back, I'm a big boy now.

I'm impressed with the Bangkok Post who I suppose worked out that showing a picture of the offending motor show girl in the paper was different to "sharing online"!

That was sort of my point, if the Bangkok Post had found out that 'the models' were actually all men, then presumably there is nothing 'indecent' or 'inappropriate' about a man being bare chested. I can't imagine how the ministry is going to determine where to draw the line but I doubt very much there will be a ban on men taking their shirts off.STEVE G wrote:I'm impressed with the Bangkok Post who I suppose worked out that showing a picture of the offending motor show girl in the paper was different to "sharing online"!
