Living in Hua Hin

Im buing a house in Hua Hin and thinking of living there most of the time in the future. I would like to know how much it would cost mounthly with insoruence, electric and food well everythingyou need for a deacent living. I know its difficult to get work there as a fallang. And i wonder how you gues are mannaging that are already living there. My house is 120 square meters big. Please answer in bath since im not english. Thanks ... Very cold and much snow here now...
