The below letter was published in the Pattaya Mail newspaper, April 14 edition. I've read it three times and each time, my blood presures goes so high my nose almost starts to bleed. EACH new police commander says he will solve these problems but they never get solved, going on 20 years or more now. I post this just as an item of interest for those over in HH in the hope things never get this way there. But, I guess greed and corruption are universal these days. Pete

He should of called his insurance company and let them sort it out.

Keep and maintain first-class insurance. If they create a problem, let the insurance sort it out. The boys in brown do not have a problem with this.

Shit happens, and it's not just here. Many, many years ago, someone parked at a traffic light in Singapore purposely backed into a realtive's car and claimed he had run into them...
