Flange washer!

Help me please I am looking to buy a type 3 flange washer.
This particular beastie comes in 3 standards - Asian, European and American. I require the Asian version which has the built in retainer and the outer rim is con-caved. Don't confuse this with the con-caved version 4 which is similar but has a beveled edge! Or the similar version 2.1 American standard version which comes in blue.
I require a complete set containing 1 x super section and 2 x ball type normally supplied in magenta or duck egg blue.
But at a push will consider the European type 11 which is supplied in crimson or khaki.
Please help me as I am loosing the plot!!!

I have approximately 2 inches of PTFE tape left if that's of any help.
100 Baht an inch sound ok ? I know a katoey who charges 250 Baht an inch

Thanks PTFE is of great help and 2 inches is all I require. However is it of 3.2 or 5.6 % viscosity? and is it green. That is of great importance. I will get back to you, many thanks.
