Short Flippers

Anyone know best place to get swimming gear? I'm looking for short flippers for use in a large 50m pool. See attached photo. Plus indeed what recommended length of flipper is best for doing laps in a pool.

I went to Sports world (Market Village basement) and they had some flippers(980baht) but those seems about 12 inches of flipper beyond the toes whereas the ones I saw at the pool seem like 6inches.

Any help appreciated (I hate going to the 'wrong' place and not getting the right thing!)
