When as rich as King Power, you can 'influence' the press for the headliner. Even got the building renamed.......go figure. Sure that cost a pretty ฿฿฿

They (King Power) bought all the unsold units from the developer...who was almost bankrupt. So I don't think they overpaid..
And as we has sadly seen the King Power boss was as mortal as the rest of us...
