Does anyone know a good vet and dog groomer

Hello! I am moving to Hua Hin very soon .. does anyone know of any good vet and dog groomer, hopefully a vet that can speak english!
also i m looking for a thai teacher, anyone know any?

In the triangle that is bounded by Phetch Kasem, Naebkaehat and Chosim Roads, there are tow sois that run between Phetch Kasem and Naebkaehat Roads (I forget the numbers). In one of these two sois (I forget which one), there is a very good veterinary hospital run by a husband and wife team both whom are vets. They both speak English, although the husbandâ€™s English is a lot better than the wifeâ€™s English. They are situate on the southern side of the soi.
