Moving companies UK to Thailand

We have read all the advice about leaving our precious belonings in UK and despite the advice my wife insists on bringing "some" of her books.

Can anyone recommend a shipping company that they know of that has experience working in Thailand.

Has anyone any experience of shipping goods to Malasia and bringing them in overland themselves.

If it's just a few books, why not send them via EMS?
I've sent some quite big packages to & from Thailand & you don't have to mess about with import companies & tariff codes etc
