Haidressers in Hua Hin

Post by K2OWN »

Have looked at this on this section before but the replies were a couple of years old so here goes: Could any of you expat ladies please advise me of a good hairstylist in Hua Hin . When I was out in May I was busy buying a house with my husband but now that I am back in the UK and packing up to move out I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations. Many Thanks.. :?

Can't remember the name, but the one on soi 55 is quite good. Chic? Is that the name? WL's wife likes one just past Gee Un Teung Supermarket - Hair Station.

Dawn has already mentioned Chic but there is one opposite the Goodyear Tyre place and it is called August. I found them good and at only 49 baht for a wash and blow dry they are cheap. You will be amzed at the interior too. Worth at least one visit.
Of course, there is Pro Cut at Market Village but they are not cheap. Lilar in Soi Bintabaht is also okay and at about 150 baht are mid-priced. You'll pay an extra 20 baht if you want 'witamin'.
Good luck.

I rather like the one opposite All-in Hua Hin. There are actually two, but I go to the one on the right - as you sit in All-in. Friendly staff, lovely wash with the ubiquitous head massage, cut and blow dry for around 100 baht.

His nibs can have a snack and a tipple opposite while I'm being pampered.

That's good to know. I used to go to Chic but they've increased their prices to 200 baht for a simple haircut. So I'm looking for another place to go.
It's a small world after all...
