Is there any other place in Hua Hin to play other that Palm Hills Golf Course?

Same here.

There has been many requests recently for court sport facilities. I would have though that some entrepreneur would have started building one by now.

A modest facility on 1 rai of land could return somewhere in the region of 15,000 - 20,000 BHT per day.

I would think that the investment in land along with building costs would be a better investment than a hotel.

Cheaper to set up and run than hotel or other residential complex and does not have to be in an expensive area.

Someone raised this topic a few months ago.

I believe you can play at the boxing/martial arts place on the Soi where the Grand Hotel is.

If you're looking at an "all encompassing" sports venue, I couldn't agree with Guess more.
You know, somewhere with squash/badmington courts, a decent weights room, a swimming pool etc etc.
The thing is that it's the big hotels and golf courses that have these facilities built in to them. That's fair enough if you're a golfer and can afford the membership these days. Otherwise, it's Grand Sport, as has been said for certain activities.
Maybe there is an opening for somebody?
