in Hua Hin there are some w lan Hot Sots in Hua Hin for example comming frm north just before the clocktower the Starbucks Cafe and last but not least @ the in front of the Bus Station to Sangkok.

Sunshine Wi-Fi
There's also a hotspot centered on Sunshine Internet, across from the Euro Bakery in the center of town just north of the Hua Hin Shopping Mall.
Euro Bakery is perfect for that "Wi-Fi Café" experience. You can sit outside or inside, enjoy delicious pastries, and it's not crowded. I met a guy in there with his PowerBook a couple months ago.
I'm not sure what Sunshine charges but I would guess it's not expensive.
