Open mic / jam sessions

Post by Jaime »

Is there any such thing for a round man with an acoustic guitar in Hua Hin? Wouldn't mind giving something a bash whilst I'm around if possible. If not, the neighbours are in for hell!

I'll post the photos in the new photo thread. I doubt that captions will be necessary!

Try Ray's place on Mondays (I think?) for more Jazz type stuff. For Rock - if Toon and the guys are still playing at El Murphy's on weekdays, they're usually open for someone to come up & have a bit of a jam with them. If your Thai is pretty good, Jaime, try Blue Station for country/rock - again the guys are usually up for a bit of a jam session, but their English isn't always great so you may need to communicate your wishes in Thai.
