What is the normal way to make a lease into aposible to rent out. Do you need the permission of the person who give the lease?

check your lease to see if it has a clause for the lessor to agree to help via going to the town office and signing when the lessee(you) wants to lease out the house again longer then 3 years.
if it is 35 months or less you can just sign you own document with the person who is leasing from you.
