no...but I do know you cant see any ocean from the development ...not even if you stood on the roof with a big telescope on a clear day

think your getting it mistaken with houses of same name, the condo is next to the dusit and sheraton. 200m from beach.Hua Hin Today - Hanoi tomorrow !!!

You get a guaranteed sea view from the 4th floor up. It's 300 metres from the beach, next to the Dusit resort. There are 12 floors altogether. It ' one of the few new "beach condos' that you can still buy for under 50,000 thb a square metre. It took a while to get going but the foundation work is completed now and construction has started. They estimate it will be completed June / July next year.
