Flying from Doha to Bkk on Qatar Airways landing at 7.45 am I was served continental breakfast.
Question 1. Do you eat the portion of fruit before or after the croissant ?
Question 2. If you want to cut open the croissant to anoint it with butter/jam etc, how do you prevent it from disintegrating into a mound of crumbs the size of a small country all over yourself, the floor, the passenger sat 3 rows in front of you, the TV monitor and the stewardess ??

Simple. don`t fly Qatar Airways unless you have a turbine on your head and sit in first class! I did that jaunt every 28 days for 5 years. Go down to Dubai and travel on Thai, not a great deal better but you will get better food!
May you be in heaven half an hour before the devil know`s you`re dead!

Answer to question 2: If it is a good quality croissant (made from real butter not margarine) you do not need apply more butter. If you wish to eat it with jam it is better not to cut open the croissant. Jam can be applied on the outside preferably on the flat bottom. Do not forget to turn around the croissant!
Enjoy your next flight.

Is the turbine just in case the aircraft engines conk out . . .and wouldn't a parachute make more sense? ( Seems like it would give you an awful headache!)
