Can anyone tell me if Savannaket consulate is open 27 and 28 this month? Found the website but couldn't find any holiday dates. Have checked Ventiane and it is open, which leads me to believe Savannaket will also be open but I've been here long enough to know that this isn't necessarily the case.

I'm applying for an O visa by post through the Embassy in London and wanted to know if the evidence I send (marriage certificate) needs to be the original or a copy. Can anyone confirm either way.
