The other gent suggested a differnt date that HHAD lists, can anyone help as I will plan on the celebration, if it is on the 18th as listed by HHAD!

Now, correct me if I wrong but isn't it true that a Farang cannot legally sell property in Thailand.. Isn't that certificate offered only to Thais. My lawyer only mentioned that her law lic permits her to engage in such dealing. I didn't question her further... BTW, 5,000 Baht per hour for good size...
