Injury Pensions in UK and incapacity benefits

There is a rumour going round that in order to receive injury pensions or incapacity benefits signing on monthly in the UK is now required. Is this true or not.

I am sorry to say that Chris is not in the best of health again. He had a fall and was rushed into the local hospital again. He is back at home but is on drugs again which make him very unsteady and somewhat incoherent.

I must admit that I will keep my old passport safely and take it with me whenever I visit an immigration office for any reason. In answer to Pet. As I said photocopies of all pages in my passport were required. I did forget to mention about the photos. The letter from the British embassy shows my address and income so house book, rental contract or my was not needed. I do not have a non immigrant visa as the Thai immigration...

retirement visa

I have just got my 3rd renewal. Its dead easy. I take my pension letters (which are sent to my address in Thailand) to the British embassy. The embassy letter which is available in 24hrs show income, address and politely asks Thai immigration to assist in obtaining the visa (cost is around 2000baht)...
