when you laid them you should have given then a good couple of coats of silicon. If you clean them up as best you can now and do it they should come up ok

Best place for water filters in Hua Hin is the Pure outlet opposite Index on the Petchkasem Road north of the town. They have a good selection, will fit them free and guarantee them. I had one fitted a month ago and it's great.
