Quiz night and Tapas Wednesday the 24th of June

Quiz player will get a combined tapas evening with loads of different dishes, entry plus Tapas 200Baht .

Chef Nic’s menu for the evening.

1 Dry Cured smoked bacon with cream cheese and cherry tomatoes on Toasted Spanish bread drizzled with olive oil and balsamic

2 Grilled Tomatoes and garlic seasoned with rosemary

3 Glazed Shallots in a sweet tomato sauce

4 Pan Fried Peeled Shrimps with garlic tomato and chili

5 Deep Fried and battered Calamari served with a red capsicum mousse

6 Buffalo Wings, hot sauce and gorgonzola mousse

7 Green lip Mussels in the shell with a garlic cream and white wine sauce reduction

8 Smoked Barracuda, saffron rice and tomato paella

9 Grilled sea bass served with a sundried tomato pesto and balsamic and olive oil

10 Charcoal Grilled Chicken and dried apricot skewers

11 Charcoal grilled Pork skewers marinated in lemon and honey

12 Roasted Garlic on Spanish toast

13 Sour Cream and Spinach dip with Spanish toast

14 Spiced Pork Meat Balls in a fragrant tomato sauce

15 Black Olives pesto and Spanish Bread Melba

16 Potato Salad with Garlic mayonnaise red onions and capers

17 Rare Roast charcoal grilled beef, layered with aubergine cream cheese and caramelized onions drizzled with olive oil and balsamic and roasted pine nuts

18 Green Salad with honey glazed pork fillet stuffed with spinach, served with Sweet and Sour Salad Dressing and caramelized cashew nuts

19 Poultry Ham medallions stuffed with mushrooms, and a green peppercorn cream reduction

Hi Nic could you please tell me is there an age limit for your pub/quiz? We are a team of 6 girls aged 17 and 18, we all would love to play and try your Tapas unfortunately only 2 of us can drink alcohol.

The teams usually consist of between 4-6 players.
