"I am an acupuncturist and a Chinese herbalist residing in Hua Hin".

Maybe if you had only posted the one line followed by PM me, then we could have heard more from you on this subject.

Slagging off the mods, when they are only doing their job, was stupid.

Still, live and learn eh.

sargeant

Well done sarge, that is a good result.

Apart from the Zimmex, what other changes in diet/lifestyle did you make in the effort to reduce your cholesterol.

Let us know, it may help others on the forum who are having the same problem.

I'm not sure how that figure (124) compares with the way that they measure mine (3.6) in the UK but a drop of 76 is very good news in anyone book.

The hard part is going to be keeping our results low on a regular basis.

:rasta: is the one that will be hard to quit but even if you don't, you should still manage to get your results even lower than 124.

Go for it sarge. :thumb:

thanks khundon as you probably know i have been having some heavy duty stress laid on me by her indoors Mrs sarges antics have been knocking my stress levels out of the park the fags have kept them down to managable levels
Her hearing was very selective one year of talking was a waste of time six months of screaming didnt work a slap or 2 did nothing but the sound of

---------THE LOCK CLOSING ON MY WALLET and the scissors cutting up her ATM card has had amazingly beneficial results and made huge changes in my life style
She has no money now to gamble she cannot borrow any more and i wont pay her debts (about half a mil) all her creditors have been informed and i am both liberated and actually quite a few baht per month wealthier well a lot actually

However the most liberating thing that has lowered my stress levels cholestoral etc is the brand spanking new Packard Bell laptop (a small present from my sister and brother in law)vista and all the whistles and bells with it which is faster than a speeding bullet, does not require the strength of the terminator to press the keys plus new glasses i feel just the same as a dog wiv 2 dicks

P.S. i didnt change to Zimmex to lower my cholestoral that is just a bonus i changed to it to lower the 3 monthly medical bills which it did by 50% ish

Stress in the levels that you have gone through can be a real killer, glad to hear that closing the wallet has gone some way to solving yours. :thumb:

My levels go through the roof, when my wife (bless her) spends hours on MY laptop looking at Thai film stars sites (her family are in films) but can't be bothered to answer her e-mails, so I end up doing it for her. :guns:

I have threatened to buy another one and lock myself away for hours watching porn but she just smiles, kisses me and goes shopping. :? How do I take her seriously, especially when she comes home with prezzies for me. :cuss:

As Big Boy has intimated, this line by you was classic.

K75 again thanks for your generosity and it was a very pleasant surprise and nice to put a voice to Khundon1975
straight after you rang i was suddeny struck that i had forgotten to post
you asked quote"Apart from the Zimmex, what other changes in diet/lifestyle did you make in the effort to reduce your cholesterol. "
well the answer was i didnt so that reduction was down to the zimmex

However when my sis god bless her was over first week of last month we went to the compac supermarket and i saw a tin of Scotts Porridge oats
well i read the label and it said cuts cholestoral so i put it in the trolley
Now my Sis just loves Khoa man guy and khoa man moo gop for breakfast so she asked what was i buying that MUCK for
AAHH says I this is for Khundon1975 change of lifestyle :lach:
anyway i have been eating Porridge for breakfast every third day i will let you know my next cholestoral levels
My sis still has that baffled look on her face :lach:

Well done sarge :)

I always pack my pockets full of porridge when going on any journey.

I had my morning treat as usual just before I rang you.

Hot creamy porridge, bananas and Greek honey. MMMmmmm.

It's the simple pleasures that matter in life.
