Went to P & A and am sorted, but just for information for anyone else interested, they have moved up to the third floor furthest left hand corner form the main road.

Leaving to one side that the above is incorrect, people in 'the civilized world of English' understand that there is a big wide world outside the UK/parts of Europe that does not use the same system for levels/floors of a building
I can't imagine that you could get that confused by the floors in the Hua Hin Shopping Mall for too long; it's not exactly the Burj Dubai is it?
(I know that they've changed the name now, but that is only because they ran out of money!)
Should we start talking about elevators without a 4 or 13 button but there are floors there. We also have L for lobby and M for mezzanine, sometimes then followed by 1 or 2. Enough to conjure up visions of pee and all manner of ghosts. Pete
