P&A Notary in the old Shopping Mall (2nd floor) are pretty good, 500 baht per document last time I did it.

Depending on the policy you have, you should be able to claim the translation costs back from the insurance company. :)
I've lost my mind and I am making no effort to find it.

Makes complete sense ladybiker.

ชั้น (chán) in Thai means level - so it's on the third level of the building - quite logical

I assume there's a word missing between "English" and "its'", otherwise it doesn't make much sense to me

I am sure you made sense of it, but a comer would help may be in the grammar.
I have read worse on here and never felt the need to comment even by English as their given language.

Leaving to one side that the above is incorrect, people in 'the civilized world of English' understand that there is a big wide world outside the UK/parts of Europe that does not use the same system for levels/floors of a building

My point entirely SJ

I don't have an issue with the grammar or punctuation as such.
My immediate reaction, though, was: "In the civilized world of English what?
:?

I can't imagine that you could get that confused by the floors in the Hua Hin Shopping Mall for too long; it's not exactly the Burj Dubai is it?
(I know that they've changed the name now, but that is only because they ran out of money!)

Should we start talking about elevators without a 4 or 13 button but there are floors there. We also have L for lobby and M for mezzanine, sometimes then followed by 1 or 2. Enough to conjure up visions of pee and all manner of ghosts. :D Pete
