I lived up there for a long spell and have been trying to get the best of both worlds for a while. Village Isaan basics and then HH resort style. HH is now getting a bit pricey for me now and I gaze out of my 9th floor condo and can see the gulf in the east and I can see the mountains in the west. So I see the sun come up and I see it go down. BUT I look north towards central HH and it's now a sea of condos, cranes and concrete. So I may go back up north east. Who knows? I never make plans anymore
