I don't agree, not yet, but it's bloody painful to watch.
We gifted France the momentum but giving away possession. I don't think they had to actually win the ball at all for ages.
Every time we get into a good position, along comes another stupid error.

Half-time, 11 points down.
All to play for.
Pleeease...

Small slip of the brain - hardly surprising.

I should have been blood substituted 20 minutes ago.

He-he! I think you mean 11 pints down, BB! DM must have nipped to the loo as the 2nd try was scored!

Agree about the clueless errors though!

First 5 minutes were good.

Bloody Gutted.

The welsh defence were awsome and we really didn't have any answer to it, In our faces all the time and so fit compared to our ageing team. Fairwell ROG, I really think Kidney got that part of the selection wrong.

Well done Wales excellent performance, Hope you've got 2 more in ya!

At half time I was prepared to be devastated and distraught - now I'm just very disappointed.
Humiliation avoided, and we kept ourselves in the hunt, but it was too little too late.
I don't want to be churlish, but I really don't think France played that well - they were handed this game on a plate in the first half.

I think Wales must be favourites to win the S/F.
So, erm, who are you supporting tomorrow, pharvey? NZ or the Argies?
Bit tricky, actually...

I'm not normally one to cast blame, but I think Flood has to shoulder a lot of blame for 3 schoolboy errors when England were in a strong attacking position. Certainly for 2 of the errors he was like a young schoolboy throwing the ball away to save getting hurt.

As well as the french played, we were crap!! :(

I'm not too surprised though, we haven't looked that great all the way through the tournament & the french were due a performance. :|

I hope I'm wrong, but I keep getting this mental image of pharvey face down in a barrel of rice wine with a daffodil sticking out of his bum.

Not a pretty sight.

What's mine is yours, BB.

Well, sort of.
Well, hardly at all really.
But you're most welcome to that thought! :thumb:

Well, obviously I'm over the moon that we're in the semi's!! And more so that we deserve to be. Ireland, fair play to them were great but Wales were better - we matched the back-row and the breakdown, which was the key. Ireland deserved to go further based on their performances in the RWC, but sport is a bitch......

England vs France......... I have so much that I could bitch about regarding the English team, but I won't because this time... it's just too easy. WTF? Not in the SF as they don't deserve to be.... not too sure they should have been in the QF. I really wanted to see a hungry, angry English team - where were they? As a Welshman, I'm not too worried about France......... :run:

Without me looking back through the thread, who were the piss takers on Wales reaching the final? Odds changing?
