Thats right, which is why such targeted and specific filming has to be 100% certain of what is is portraying without facing the risk of being sued or just as importantly for the companies that commission films, to avoid censure by its own code of conduct.
A colleague of mine took part in some filming for a prime-time BBC news series a few years ago, as I did, knowing my mugshot would be there for the world to see, he asked for privacy, didn't get it and only a profuse apology stopped him from taking further action.
To film a couple, broadcast it and speculate on its meaning without knowing or proving the facts is asking for trouble.

I can easily imagine such a 3 second snap shot as I have described being used in some travelogue or property abroad programme with a non-specific insinuation running as a glib commentary over the top of it.
On the other hand, the young lady may well have been a professional private eye spying on unfaithful husbands......

I agreee with Jaime on the last two posyings but would like to make a point about another two.
Getting a third party to approcah husband of wife to see if he/she gives in is generally termed argent provocatuer. The is outlawed in most legal systems in the setern world, although I would not be surprised if it is still legal in the States.
As for filming people the general rule in court is that if it is done in an open place, (i.e. not in someone's bedroom or bathroom, then the people filemd do not have the right to light reflected from their bofiesd and anything they are in contact with. IN a private extablishmen the owner always has the right to refuse permisiion to use caneras for what ever reason he wishes.
Anyway if the guy has got as far as HUa Hin with his wife expecting to obtain photograhic evidence the at some point he will be spotte. My guesss is that the dick has llittle experience. For what she did there she could have used a telephone. Then would would not be having this dialogue.
She could have just bought the camera new from Tescos and sat down to play with it. It could on the other hand be something much more sinisiter than infidelity observations.

I had a thought about this, we know how ingenious the thais can be, perhaps this is another form of that . We know that bar girls can have multiple "boyfriends" ( I was on the mini bus to BKK the other day and a Thai bar girl sat next to me, during the 2 1/2 hr trip sje received at least 9 calls from 9 different men, she told them all she missed them and would be back in hua hin the next day, she love them and can't wait to see them)
