It has been open about a month and is on Soi 88 with an unpronouncable and unspellable in English (by me) name, but it's easy to spot. It's the second restaurant on the north side of Soi 88 before the railroad crossing comming from Phetkasem road, in other words, pass the gym and car wash, then the walled villas, and there it is just before Chansawang (which is on the corner of Soi 88 and the railway road).
It has excellent Issan food as well as more common Thai dishes and even a couple of menu pages of Western food like pasta, steak, salmon, pork chop, and sandwiches. I have only tried several of the Issan and Thai dishes and they were all good and ranged from 80 baht to 150 baht. On top of all that it is one of the cleanest Thai restaurants I've seen. The place literally sparkled with cleanliness from the glass enclosed kitchen, to the dining area, and yes, even the toilet facilities.
If you are a fan of Som Tam Polami theirs is the best I've had. We'll probably see you there!
