I heard a long time ago that the appetite suppression by cigarettes was a fallacy, and that it was just that people would have a cigarette instead of food as a habit i.e. as qzuncle says just to give yourself something to do, and particularly your hands. I have noticed that many smokers and ex-smokers are quite twitchy with their hands, picking things up and putting them down, or have quite shaky hands. Very rarely can they sit with their hands doing nothing.

Havent researched the effects of tea, but i know it has loads of caffiene, is that something you should watch Sarge?
I have some tea in the bar called Jiagulan tea, herbal from Ratchaburi area, it is full of antioxidants and is really nice, will try and hunt it out for you. Its great made up with some electrlite powder and drank cold.

Don't do that!!!! It's one of the best exercise known to man (and women),the only thing that comes close is swimming a few hundred meters, concerning cardoivascular.

Keep those pipes clean and active sarge, all of them. Pete

Thats what happens when you get old--you make a reservation a week in advance, then when the week is up you have forgotten what it was you made the reservation about!

Went to hospital today as ordered by mrs sarge and doctor very very busy but still only took 2 hours
Doctor most impressed with no ciggys and no beer he also informed me i have lost 2.5 kilos and now weigh 102.5 kilos instead of the 105 when first weighed i must say that did surprise me cos i dont feel any different at all
Tablets 15 a day for a further 30 days plus docs fee 760 baht works out at 25 baht a day or 72 US cents

Question what is an angiogram and how does it work doc wants me to go to Bangkok next month for one
I nodded as if i knew what it was didnt want to look a wally

I believe they put about a dozen sensors on your skin at key circulation points and then monitor your heart beat as it is recorded on a paper chart. Sort of like a seismograph. At least this is what I remember. The whole thing may be much more automated now. Pete

An angiogram can be invasive or non invasive. It is primaraly to see the condition of your coronary arteries. Have a look at this site.

Mac thanks for that link but to all my supporters it is not gonna happen because of cost 150,000

When i came here i had money a goodly quantity but as the story goes i got ripped off and have for the last 7 years only had my 70,000 baht a month pension (They because of Mrs Sarge have been the happiest and most fulfilling years of my life so i am not complaining :D )

When i met mrs Sarge she was paying hospital bills for her then 2 year deceased boyfriend only 20,000 but at 20% a month interest it was not going down  i paid it otherwise mrs Sarge would still be paying it now

So i think you will understand why i am not going to borrow the money and even take the chance i snuff it and leave her in debt that is just not going to happen she is going to keep this house I (ME) am so proud of helping her buy i wont allow her to sell it ( and go back to the tin shacks)to repay a debt for me no way

Not long ago on another thread i let my (bizarre) sense of humour go over a Cha-Am lawyer in a black SUV who pisserd off with 20,000 baht paid for me to divorce my legal wife (who i mislaid a long long time ago)
I need this divorce so that i can marry Mrs Sarge who will then on my demise recieve my pension until her unlikely event.

So it goes like this divorce, marry mrs Sarge, Borrow money and then have medical stuff sorted

I have posted this because i would not want any of you nice folks to think i am not listening and without all of the info some may not, nay probably would not have understood what was motivating my actions/inactions

THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR CONCERN IT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED
